The way we work

You’ll hear a lot about the 4Cs when you join us so here’s a quick overview – all good information for when you come to the interview!

It’s our attitude and the way we run our business that makes a difference. All of our actions and decisions are based on our colleagues, customers, company and community – in short the 4Cs. Getting it right for our colleagues is always our first step. Achieve that and well, you probably know the rest – happy customers and a successful company that's an active member of the community. It’s often said that behaviour breeds behaviour and that’s why our values, aka the Hastings 4Cs, is core to what we do. Working in a fast paced, growing and dynamic business can be challenging at times and by being brave, accountable, decent and honest we can make sure that we work together to get the best outcomes and have some fun along the way.
