Weâ€™re holding a Recruitment Open Evening on Wednesday 3rd May 2017 where youâ€™ll find out what makes Hastings Direct such a great place to work!
Youâ€™ll have the opportunity to look around our contact centre, meet our leaders, find out more about the company and ask any questions you might have â€“ all in an informal environment. Youâ€™ll be with us for around 90 minutes â€“ refreshments and light snacks will be available on the evening.
Thereâ€™s no need to book an appointment, just arrive at either 3.30pm or 5pm, whichever works best for you, to make sure you get the best out of the event.

Three steps to your next role
Applying to Hastings Direct is refreshingly straightforward. There are just three key steps to finding your next career challenge:
Once you decide on the role you want to apply for, you'll need to set up an account on our online application system. You can revisit the site and review your applications's status at any time.
You'll need to provide us with some personal details, answer some questions and you'll have the opportunity to upload your CV.
Getting to know you
If your online application is successful, we'll contact you for a telephone interview. This will give us a clear understanding of your skills and why you've applied for the role.
Meeting up face to face
This stage involves formal interview(s) usually with a leader from the business area. We may also ask you to complete an assessment or questionnaire to give you the best chance to demonstrate your skills.
Once the interview process is over, we'll tell you the outcome in a straightforward way.
You are one step away from your new career

Sales and service representatives
We are looking for dynamic sales and service professionals to join us. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and catering to our inbound sales calls.
Claims advisor (FNOL)
Be a part of the first notification of loss (FNOL) team in the claims department. You will be responsible for helping our customers when they need us the most â€“ when they make a claim.
Group finance reporting accountant
Responsible for the production of monthly and quarterly management reports for the group, as well as management of the parent company accounts and processes.
Continuous improvement deployment manager
To deploy end to end continuous improvement in order to deliver tangible and targeted productivity, customer experience and people engagement benefits.
Technical engineering manager
Accountable for managing the IT infrastructure team across multiple disciplines including databases, servers, storage and networks.
